Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Items returned after 30 days or that show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us before sending any item back. We'll provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to supplier restrictions, hygiene concerns, or safety regulations. These may include but are not limited to:
- Opened or used animal health and hygiene products
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Items marked as final sale
- Products with supplier-specific return restrictions

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
